Low-cost LED illumination and projection of an image can be used to communicate information such as product identification, branding or ownership. However, if the image is a bright white projection, the edge usually separates into a “rainbow,” causing the image to appear out of focus.

Our LumenFlow projector includes a patented, all-silicone design that reduces chromatic aberrations that are normally seen as color separation at the edge of the image. In production today, projectors for exterior automotive applications have been designed by LumenFlow and produced entirely of moldable optical silicones from Dow.
