LumenFlow is owned and operated by a core team of engineers: Paul Bourget - LSO & Chief Optical Engineer Paul has over 30 years of experience in optics, electro-optics, and opto-mechanics. His project experience includes the design of lenses, optical sensors, particle counters, processing electronics, ocean surveillance satellites, and working with lasers ranging from low power laser diodes up to 25 kW CO 2 lasers. Harold Brunt, Jr. - Senior Mechanical Engineer Harold has over 24 years of experience in all aspects of mechanical, optical and electro-optical components. His areas of expertise include Project Management, 2D and 3D design, overseeing production groups, many facets of manufacturing, and the design and cost reduction re-design of laser instruments. Brian Zatzke - Director of Manufacturing Brian brings over 21 years of photonics manufacturing experience. His background in lean manufacturing coupled with hands-on technical ability provides a unique skill set to lead the manufacturing team. Project management, continuous improvement, cost reduction and shop floor control are a few of his strengths. Brian M. Post - Chief Electrical Engineer Brian has over 20 years experience as an electrical engineer and was a Professor of Engineering for 16 years at Calvin College . His experience ranges from microwave circuit design, design of patented laser assisted control systems for excavators, and various projects in power electronics, electro-optics, and problem solving in a broad range of analog electronic circuits in commercial products.Copyright
